ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY
Services are non refundable. We operate on a phase approach whereby clients sign off on each phase of a project to ensure customer satisfaction. Products with a manufacturer’s defect should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer and fall under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Physical goods are shipped as soon as possible and are subject to a 30 day return policy. Services are delivered through a phase approach. Clients will sign off on services at every step of progress and services will be covered via service warranty through to their completion.
Hardware is subject to a 30 day return policy. Defective items can be brought to the attention of the manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer terms, conditions, and licenses per the guidelines of the distributor. We operate on an unopened box policy. Opened boxes are subject to decline. Once opened and in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, product falls under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 30 days advance written notice. Cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions, and licenses of the manufacturer
1+1 guarantees their projects through to their completion and allows clients to sign off on each phase of development. Other items are subject to manufacturer terms, conditions, and warranties.
